Registration

Each attendee (including chairpersons, invited speakers, poster authors, etc.) must register for SERESSA 2024.
 
Registration will be available until Nov 30th, 10:00 pm Argentina Local Time (GMT-3).
 
Abstract poster acceptation does not mean registration. Each author attending the event must register separately. Registration for SERESSA 2024 and poster abstract submission are separate items and are not linked.

Available discounts

Those interested in applying for a discount shall request if by sending an e-mail – before registration – to the following address: inscripciones.gc@conae.gov.ar

Applicable rates are the following:

A – Researchers, professors, engineers and students affiliated to local Science and Technology institutions with residence in Argentina will be eligible to pay directly in local currency and with an effective discount on the applicable rate of up to 40%. When applicable, a specific web payment link will be sent by e-mail. The registration email shall be sent only after completing this payment and attaching the corresponding receipt.

B – Chairmen, invited speakers and students with a scholarship by CONAE will be eligible for a discount on the applicable rate of up to 100%. The registration email shall be sent only after receiving written confirmation of this discount by the chairman attaching a copy of this confirmation (instead of the receipt).

REGISTRATION PROCESS

In order to register, the following two steps must be completed: 

  1. Follow the payment link below corresponding to your case.
  2. Complete the registration form attaching the payment receipt.

Step 1: PAY

Applicable rates are the following:

Option 1: FULL RATE

Including access to all technical sessions, access to poster sessions, access to technical visits,  lunch, coffee breaks, dinner gala.

  • BEFORE October 15th: 225 EUR  
  • AFTER October 15th: 300 EUR  
TO PAY

Option 2: STUDENT RATE

For students that give evidence of their status on the registration form. This rate Includes access to all technical sessions, access to poster sessions, access to technical visits,  lunch, coffee breaks, dinner gala.

  • BEFORE October 15th: 110 EUR  
  • AFTER October 15th: 150 EUR

Note:

  • The Email will be used for any contact related with the payment.
  • The Name, Surname, Affiliation and Country will be used for making the badges as filled.
  • Once the registration request has been sent, you will soon receive an email confirming the operation and indicating the steps to follow. Check your spam mailbox. Please contact us if you do not receive this email within 5 business days.
