Registration 2024

Each attendee (including chairpersons, invited speakers, poster authors, etc.) must register for SERESSA 2024.
 
Registration will be available until Nov 30th, 10:00 pm Argentina Local Time (GMT-3).
 
Abstract poster acceptation does not mean registration. Each author attending the event must register separately. Registration for SERESSA 2024 and poster abstract submission are separate items and are not linked.

Available discounts

Those interested in applying for a discount shall request it by sending an e-mail – before registration – to the following address: inscripciones.gc@conae.gov.ar

Applicable rates are the following:

A – PROFESSIONALS RATE: Researchers, professors and engineers will be eligible for a discount on the applicable rate as follows:

  • A1
  • Invited Speakers and Chairmen.
  • Discount: 100%
  • Capacity: 10
  • A2
  • Researchers, professors and engineers, all of them with residence in Argentina and affiliated to local national or provincial Science and Technology Institutions and Universities.
  • Discount: 30%
  • Capacity: 20
  • A3
  • Other Researchers, professors and engineers.
  • Discount: 0%
  • Capacity: 30

B – STUDENTS RATE: Students will be eligible for a discount on the applicable rate as follows:

  • B1
  • Students with a scholarship by CONAE.
  • Discount: 100%
  • Capacity: 5
  • B2
  • Students with residence in Argentina and affiliated to local national or provincial Science and Technology Institutions and Universities.
  • Discount: 30%
  • Capacity: 10
  • B3
  • All other Students.
  • Discount: 0%
  • Capacity: 15

IMPORTANT: read BEFORE paying for all A and B cases:

– The registration shall be completed only after:

1) completing the payment, and

2) in case of an applicable discount, after requesting it by email, and after receiving the ‘certification of discount applicability’ pdf file from the chairmen.

Note: both the payment receipt and the ‘certification of discount applicability’ files will be required for registration.

– If the capacity allocated for a certain discount option becomes full, you will be able to apply for the following option but will need to pay the rate corresponding to that option (for example, if you are eligible to apply for option A2 but it’s capacity becomes full, you will be able to apply for option A3 and will need to pay its corresponding rate).

– All professionals and students with residence in Argentina will be able to pay in pesos, the local currency, according to the euro currency quotation rate published in the Banco Nación Argentina webpage: bna.com.ar.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

In order to register, the following two steps must be completed: 

  1. Follow the payment link below corresponding to your case.
  2. Complete the registration form uploading the payment receipt, and in case of an applicable discount, uploading the ‘certification of discount applicability’ file.

Including access to all technical sessions, access to poster sessions, access to technical visits, lunch, coffee breaks, dinner gala.

  • AFTER October 30th: 210 EUR

Option A3: PROFESSIONALS RATE

Discount: 0% – Capacity: 30

Including access to all technical sessions, access to poster sessions, access to technical visits, lunch, coffee breaks, dinner gala.

  • AFTER October 30th: 300 EUR

Option B2: STUDENTS RATE
